Die Corporate Identity kann in drei Unterbereiche gegliedert werden: Corporate Communications, Corporate Design und Corporate Behaviour. Diese Elemente müssen schlüssig zueinander sein, damit das von außen wahrgenommene Corporate Image mit der Unternehmenspersönlichkeit übereinstimmt.
Humor ist allgegenwärtig und dennoch schwer zu definieren. Eine Vielzahl von Studien beschäftigt sich mit Humor. Dennoch wird in vielen Studien bestätigt, dass Humor u.a. Aufmerksamkeit erregen und sich positiv auf soziale Interaktionen auswirken kann.
In alle Teilbereiche kann Humor integriert werden, um so die Umsetzung der Corporate Identity zu unterstützen. Dadurch kann die Wirkung der Corporate Identity in Bezug auf eine Differenzierung von den Wettbewerbern erhöht werden.
